Fresh from his stay in the NICU, this little guy was one of the tiniest babies I've ever held. Not to be corny (okay, a little corny isn't half bad) he literally felt as light as a feather when I picked him up to move him into different positions. He HATED being naked (there isn't much fat on that little frame), so we had to work with him for quite a while to make him feel cozy enough to fall asleep. I included the "interim" photo with the blue pacifier and mommy's finger just to get an idea of just how teeny little Noah is...such a precious sweetie!

American Fork High School Prom
It has been 20 years since I went to my first prom--so hard for me to believe! When I saw these beautiful girls and dapper guys arrive for this photo shoot, I was instantly transported back to Timpview High School's junior prom circa 1990. I adored my black and white dress and teased my hair as big as it would get...ah, to be 17 again (and have so many more dress choices to try on!) I had a blast working with these five lovely ladies and their five matching gents...hope the night offered fantastic memories for all of you! (oh, and p.s., think I could fit into that pink plaid gown? I'm so in love...)

Lady Marisa
My husband is of the belief that pregnant women are beautiful. 'Though I can heartily vouch for months of feeling just the opposite as I watched my own body grow and stretch through four pregnancies, I think there is something so adorable about a darling pregnant lady! And, to me, Marisa epitomized this perfectly. She is beautiful on the inside and out (and now has a precious little one to show for all those months of waiting!) Thanks, Marisa, for being willing to document a final expectant day on film with me...

Mr. Jake & Mrs. Tiffany + kids
What a darling family this was to photograph. That little guy had more energy than any child I have ever worked with! He was on the GO and not wanting to stop for anything...I was having to pull out my best tricks to get a look at the camera from him! And that precious baby girl was just a dollop of joy--I could just eat her up. We only had a very short time and some pretty chilly weather to capture these shots, but I'm glad we went for it!
